Bryan Herta Autosport closed out the 2026 IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge season in championship fashion, with Mason Filippi and Bryson Morris driving the No. 33 Hyundai Elantra N TCR to victory in the Fox Factory 120 at Road Atlanta and securing the TCR championship.
The title marks the first IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge driver championship for both Filippi and Morris, while Filippi adds a second team title to his career. For BHA, it is the team’s seventh IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge championship, while Hyundai also secured its seventh manufacturers championship.
Since joining the Michelin Pilot Challenge eight seasons ago, BHA has now captured the championship seven times, continuing an extraordinary run of success for the team and Hyundai in TCR competition.
Eight Podiums for the No. 33
Filippi and Morris finished the season with 3,080 points following a remarkably consistent year in the No. 33 Hyundai Elantra N TCR. Across the 10-round season, the pair earned eight podium finishes, including three victories.
The results made the No. 33 one of BHA’s most consistent performers throughout the year, with just two races outside of the podium.
BHA Takes the Top Two Championship Positions
Denis Dupont and Preston Brown finished runner-up in the championship with 2,810 points in the No. 76 Hyundai Elantra N TCR. It marks the second consecutive season the pair has finished second in the championship standings.
Maddie Aust and Mark Wilkins finished sixth with 2,440 points in the No. 98, while Lance Bergstein and Harry Gottsacker finished eighth with 2,300 points in the No. 18.
Dupont and Brown finished fourth in the season finale, followed by Aust and Wilkins in seventh and Bergstein and Gottsacker in ninth.
Ten Races, Ten Podiums
BHA placed at least one Hyundai Elantra N TCR on the podium in every round of the 2026 season, extending the streak from Daytona all the way through the 10-race schedule.
BHA also won five of the 10 races this season, meaning a BHA Hyundai took the TCR victory in half of the year’s events.
$85,000 Raised for Hyundai Hope on Wheels
BHA’s success on track continued to make an impact beyond the racetrack through its partnership with Hyundai Hope on Wheels.
Laps led during the Fox Factory 120, combined with the No. 33 victory bonus, generated $16,700 for Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. That contribution brought the total raised through BHA’s 2026 racing program to $85,000, which benefited children’s hospitals across the country.
