Seattle Post-Race

Seattle, WA (September 19, 2016) Bryan Herta Rallysport entered Round 10 of the Red Bull Global Rallycross series in fourth position of the championship with a goal to gain points for the Finale in LA. Friday the Cuttwood Ford Fiesta ST qualified for the Fast Six, but was unable to finish Heat 1B because of a right tire failure Friday night. Sandell finished P4 in Heat 2A, and a P5 finish in Semi-Final B caused the team to run the LCQ. The team had to retire early in the LCQ because of a tire puncture.
“This was a tough weekend for us,” Said Sandell. “The team has always done a fantastic job trying to make the best out of the every situation that we are in, unfortunately this time we were not able to do what we came here to do. We hoped for a really good weekend and it did not work out this time, looking forward to the final rounds in LA to finish off the season strong.”
Currently fifth with 357 points in the Championship race, the team looks forward to Los Angeles  for the final two Rounds of the Red Bull Global Rallycross 2016 Season.
